How could you call it a wide power band???? ???1500rpm's across the rev range isn't called a wide power band engine. At least it should be 2500-3000 rpm's across the rev band.
Besides 34kg is the peak torque, way up high in the rev band. The average is about 30kg.
Look at the torque below 3500 rpm's, about the same as a 1.6-1.8 NA engine perhaps even less. Only about 4500++rpm's does the engine start to build any significant torque. I think you'll need very close gears ratios suit the torque band.....you need close ratio gears or your in big trouble. The torque graph also builds up pretty slow, but acceptable. It should be more steeper for a good car.
And how could you not call this a turbo engine :-\ can you see the waste gate, BOV, headers, etc...
