++ถามเรื่องลมยางหน่อยครับ++

เมื่อวันที่ 12 ที่ผ่านมาอะครับ ได้ไปแข่งจิมคาน่าที่ yes indeed มาก็กะวิ่งเล่นหนุกหนานอะครับ แต่พอเอาเข้าจริงก็ไม่ยั้งเหมือนกัน มีคำถามอยากถามอยากถามครับ คือตอนเลี้ยว มีอาการเหมือนแก้มยางมันปลิ้น ๆ อะครับ ด้วยความที่ไม่ได้คิดจะใส่เต็มก็เติมลมไว้ 30 พอเกิดอาการดังกล่าว ก็เอ้าเปนไรฟะ เลยไปเติมเป็น 35 ทั้ง 4 ล้อ ผลคือคล้ายเดิมครับ แต่รู้สึกว่ามันลดลง เลยอยากถามว่ายาง Falken azenis ST115 ขนาด195/50/15  ควรเติมลมยางเท่าไหร่ครับ ถึงจะวิ่งได้ดีและไม่รู้สึกเหมือนยางมันปลิ้น ๆ

On my AWD car I use to start with 40-45 PSI on all 4 tires than adjust it.  On my old FWD car I use 40-45 in the front and 30-35 in rear.  The chalk help but you can't plow (too fast) in to the turn because that gonna take off the mark then you don't know the tires limited for sure.  Remember it's easier to let the air out than find the air pump to put the air in.  So start hi then lower it down.

ถ้าขีดแล้วต้องดูยังไงครับ ถึงจะรู้ว่าต้องเติมเท่าไหร่

You can also use the liquid white shoe polish.  That use on the white tennis shoe.  Mark 4 spot on the tire follow the clock at 12-3-6 and 9.  Mark about 3" long line start from the face that touch the street go over the edge and about 1" down to the side wall.

What is it for?  So you can see how much the tire roll over the edge.  AS you may know the tire only grip on the contact patch (face of the tire).  After the good run (No plow into the conner) check the mark.

If you still see the mark on the edge the pressure is too high (not use the whole face of the tire).  less air out about 2-3 psi at the time.

If the mark is gone all the way to the side wall (too much side wall roll over) put in more air.

Sorry  :-\ can't type in Thai.  To get the maximun grip you need to adjust the tire pressure depend on the track temperature, how fast is the turns.  But at least you have a good reference to start with.

I think the loose feeling that you feel is due to the flexing of tyre wall.  If you put low profile tyre on, this feeling should be less.  Also, when using low profile tyre, the tyre would not give you much notice before its let go.
Sorry, can't type in Thai either.
Just did an Autotest today, didn't take any photoes though.
I need a new Tyres!!!

สามารถนำไปวิ่งใช้งานตามปกติได้ไหมครับ
เห็นเติมกันที 35 ปอนด์ขึ้นไป กลัวมีปัญหาครับ
เพราะสเปกโรงงานบอก แค่ 29 ปอนด์เองครับ

Old topic Reborn since 2003 2 years old.  Don't drive that pressure on the street it might blow the tire.  USE ONLY ON THE TRACK, then let it back to spec when drive home.
